How Will Ohio Allocate Its Opioid Settlement Dollars?

A huge opioid trial is scheduled in Cleveland in October, and when it happens some leaders in Ohio want to make sure that we learn from past mistakes. 

Hamilton County Public Health Commissioner Tim Ingram points to the tobacco settlements of the 1990s, in which funds were divided among states for smoking prevention efforts. Ohio's foundation shut down after 10 years.
