CLEVELAND (AP) — The Ohio county that includes Cleveland reversed its decision that a new position to oversee the distribution of money from lawsuits filed against opioid-related companies would be paid in part from a settlement fund.

Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish on Friday said the $130,500 annual salary paid to Brandy Carney will come from the county’s general fund budget, cleveland.com reported.
